Good question! If it’s an instock item it’s likely being packed in the warehouse as we speak! Once it’s dispatched you’ll receive an email to say it’s on its way. Once you get that email you can track where it goes until it’s at your door.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and we will help you the best we can.
We are committed to getting you order to you as soon as possible so if your order has been process by our dispatch team it cannot be cancelled.
If you've ordered the wrong size or accidentally ordered too many of an item, email us within 1 hour of your order being placed at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are currently not set up for exchanges, however you can return the garment for a store credit and then a new order can be placed for another size or item. Visit our Returns page to start your return.

While we always recommend grabbing items that you love asap, we understand that mum or dad still have to buy you food and pay the bills. So from time to time we will restock really popular items on our website. If you look at the size and it says “Email when back in stock” next to it, the bad news is that size is sold out. The good news is you can click on the size and sign up for a restock notification when it comes back.
Our online store accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay (Afterpay only available for Australia customers shopping on our Australia site). We do not accept Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. We do accept Every Turn gift vouchers.

Afterpay is a way to order your goods without needing to pay the whole amount upfront. We ship your order out as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly instalments over 6 or 8 weeks. You must register with AFTERPAY prior to being able to select Afterpay as you payment method.
Great question! All of our shipping includes tracking, just an extra benefit for shopping at Every Turn. The time it takes will depend on two things: where you’re located and which shipping option you chose at checkout. For more details head to our Shipping page.
The best thing to do is to first check your tracking number to find the status of your order. If it’s attempted delivery then please contact your local post office. If your order actually looks like it’s dropped off the face of the earth, send us an email.
Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Every Turn does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Every Turn accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
